Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
SUMMARY: This position ensures that all production requirements are met by managerial standards. The Production Associate is responsible for meeting timelines and ensuring production quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors equipment assembly and tools for performance and maintenance
- Enforces all safety policies on the production
- Inspects products for quality and accuracy prior to
- Maintains communication with management to ensure that necessary policies are understood and
- Evaluates process gaps to further improve procedures including templates and
- Maintains all documented quality processes and creates new processes as
- Works in an effective manner in order to meet the time requirements set by management on a daily basis.
- Follows the correct protocol for clocking in and clocking
- Assembles materials and equipment as required to perform assigned
- Measures materials in a precise manner to ensure product quality and to elimate waste.
- Monitors and Inspect products for defects to ensure quality standards are
- Communicates effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are
- Maintains a clean workspace as well ensuring that the equipment is operating
- Comprehends and adheres to verbal and written
- Ensures that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and
- Follows the specific instructions for each build and notifies management if changes are

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of the time. The individual occasionally moves about on the production floor to inspect product, conduct tasks with staff, or perform production work. The individual also frequently positions self to inspect product and assist with equipment, including near the ground. They use tools while performing job duties. They must be able to exchange accurate information with other individuals in the office and floor. Must be able to detect mechanical issues and part defects from short distances to determine what action needs to be taken. They must occasionally push, pull, and/or move up to 70 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager

SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day customer operations to ensure delightful customer experience at all stages of the customer and employee engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers phone calls, emails, and chat messages to provide information about products or
- Investigates and resolves customer complaints or concerns promptly and
- Handles product orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Pays close attention to each customer’s specific notes in their account and notifies Customer Service Manager if these need to be
- Stays informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Delivers friendly and empathetic service, even in challenging

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education and/or Experience – High School Diploma required (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of management or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 80 percent of the time while operating their computer and answering phones. The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office. They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer. They must be able to exchange accurate information with customers and others in the office while interacting. The individual must be able to move up to 50lbs without assistance. The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary. The individual must be able to occasionally move about the warehouse to check inventory. The individual must be able to effectively communicate with vendors, stores, and other groups within the industry.
