From Mold to Market
The journey of our wireless light bars begins with a high-quality polyethylene case, carefully molded to precise specifications. Once the case is formed, it undergoes a series of precise cutting processes to create the necessary openings for components and wiring.
Next, we turn our attention to the heart of the light bar: the wireless technology. Our skilled technicians meticulously program each transmitter and receiver to operate on a unique frequency, preventing interference and ensuring seamless communication between the two. We then stamp a serial number onto the light bar case and transmitter head for easy identification and tracking.
A High Quality LED Light Bar Built to Last
To ensure the longevity and performance of our light bars, we take great care to weatherproof all connections. We use shrink tubing to seal the connections, protecting them from moisture and other environmental factors.
We then implement a rigorous quality control process to verify that all functions are working correctly and that all bolts are tight. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees that our light bars deliver exceptional performance, even in the harshest conditions.
